How do I register for the event?
You may register for the event by visiting our official website and navigating to the registration page. You may also click on this and complete your registration process. Note that the Event Secretariat team will review your registration, and once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with invitations after the registration deadline.
When is the deadline for registration for the Event?
The deadline for registration for the Event is on August 8th 2024.
Is there a registration fee for the Event?
Is the Event open to the public?
The Event is open to all, but your application to attend will be reviewed, and based on your organization's link to the CSO sector in Mongolia. Note that the event team will review your registration, and once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of your participation after the registration deadline.
Can I register multiple attendees under one email address?
No, an individual registration with a unique e-mail address is required.
Will I receive a confirmation after registering?
Yes, we will send the confirmation email to selected participants once the registration is closed. We will also inform the participants who are not selected.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after registering. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact the event organizers if you are unable to locate your confirmation e-mail.
Will the Event be conducted onsite or online?
The Event will be an in-person event.
What should I bring to the event for registration check-in?
Please bring a printed or digital copy of your invitation and the most importantly the desire to active participation.
Do we need to bring food and beverages?
Snacks and food will be provided for the whole duration of the Event.
